I have Borderline Personality Disorder and I am currently in a program called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The information available in the film is right up the alley with that kind of therapy, which utilizes Zen ideals and changing your psychology by changing how you "see" the world and yourself. I have promoted the movie and ideas in it to the mental health professionals here locally. Thank you all so much

A HOT TOPIC
Dear Will:
I agree it (An Inconvenient Truth) is a strong message regarding emissions issues. The good news is that one of the biggest offenders (containership traffic) is
trying to effect change. Coming from the transportation field (Nippon
Yusen Kaisha- A Japanese shipping Company) I can report that huge sums
of money are going into technology toward reducing emissions from
containerships worldwide. This is one of the few advantages of having the worldwide trade community truly owned by "foreigners" because if we
were still working under U.S. flags we would be a decade away from
progressive change instead of dealing with the issue head on.

To Will Arntz:
Please do not use the popularity of "What the Bleep" to push Al Gore's agenda or even your political views. There IS more evidence against global warming then there is for it. I'm not against protecting the earth, or doing what we can to improve it, or safeguard it. But you are just as much the problem - what are doing to stop your share of global warming?
The film you use is produced using hazardous chemicals. The chemicals to develop your film is hazardous. Look at all the fuel used sending your film(s) all over the world, or the fuel used to receive, process and deposit your royalty checks. Until you're willing to give up your life style and go live in a cave - get off of it.
The problem isn't "what we are doing", the problem is "how many of us are doing it".
And now we have China. The fault isn't with the oil companies, or the SUV owners. The fault comes directly from the hippes of the 60's and 70's that stopped the use Nuclear energy in this country. Had we continued nuclear energy use back then, we could be like France right now and have 80% of our energy from nuclear. France has never had a problem with their reactors. Next > 1 2 3
