To the Editor –

Hello there.  I'd like to respond to the question that Betsy Chasse posed,

“Can we just be the change we want to see? Is that enough?”

I too have wanted to help the world in some way and have felt my own pain inside about that feeling of inability to really make a difference. There are so many aspects to mastering this part of consciousness for me but I'll share what I can. A really good lady friend of mine brought something to my attention about my attitude here and it was this:

"Do you really think that each individual, and the world, for that matter is not capable of taking care of themselves?  What kind of judgment are you placing on the world or anyone that they need fixing?  Do you really believe that there is anything not in perfection?  It's all just a matter of perspectives.  Take the high road and remove yourself from the aspect of drama that creates pain for your self.

Both my partner and I have had dreams of the destruction and annihilation of humanity and the planet, and we were given a glimpse beyond the apparent drama to the actual source on the other side. The source was love.  Endless love.  The dreams were symbols of the truth, or signs pointing to the truth.  Not the truth itself.  So I don't see the world ending badly anytime soon.

See yourself changing the world through the letting go of your own sorrows, your own pain body, your own negative thoughts, your own limiting patterns. Visualize whirled peas, or whatever it takes to stay "light" in the world but sincere. Reduce stress.  Have a good time.  Love someone, starting with yourself. Have some really good connected sex

There.  Doesn't get any better!

Dear Editor,

Your article on water in Health Matters is somewhat outdated. It completely ignores the extensive scientific research of Dr. Huldah Clark who has definitively shown repeatedly the harmful effects of chlorine, especially that of chlorox in common laundry bleach. Chlorox contains the 5 toxic ingredients common to every cancer tumor analyzed for their presence. Spring water may be no safer than other water if it is stored in bottles that seep chlorox or if laundry bleach has been used to clean equipment or anywhere in the processing. Also filters can make water toxic and lethal to drink if carbon in the filters has not been treated properly before use and most do not remove chlorox. Next > 1 2
