Thanks for your interest in holding a special screening of the extended Director’s Cut, What the BLEEP!? – Down the Rabbit Hole.

Please fill out the following forms. The special screening agreement form below is your contract with Lord of the Wind Films. All fields must be filled in completely.

Please fill in the following information about your screening(s). This is what will appear on our website Special Screenings / Events Calendar.

Screening Agreement

    The following is the binding contract between Licensee with Lord of the Wind Films, LLC (herein known as the Company) for your Special Screening(s) of Down the Rabbit Hole. Please check each item to indicate your acceptance. Upon submitting your contract, with payment, a confirmation will be sent that your special screenings request has been received. Also you will receive a letter with helpful hints on how to make your screening event a success!

  • For-profit organizations License Fee: I agree to pay the Company USD $250.00 for the initial screening. For additional screenings see below.
  • Non-profit organizations License Fee: I agree to pay the Company USD $250.00 for the initial screening. For additional screenings see below.
  • Non-profit and Profit venues with seating over 100 people: I agree to pay the Company $200 per screening for additional screenings.
  • Non-profit and Profit venues with seating under 100 people: I agree to pay the Company $100 per screening for additional screenings.
  • I agree to charge a minimum ticket sale price of $5 per person, and shall notify the Company of the final ticket price charged.
  • I agree to pay the Company 50% of the ticket sale proceeds for each screening in excess of whatever screening fee has been charged for that screening, within five (5) working days after the screening.


  • EXAMPLES: First screening you have 50 people who pay $10 each, which equals $500. Subtract the $250 screening fee from the $500, which leaves $250. Take 50% of that $250 which is $125. This is the ticket sales amount you send to Captured Light Distribution for the first screening.

    Second screening: You have a screening venue with seating under 100 people. Your upfront screening fee was $100. At this screening another 50 people show up who pay $10 each, which equals $500. Subtract the $100 screening fee from the $500, which leaves $400. Take 50% of that $400 which is $200. This is the ticket sales amount you send to Captured Light Distribution for the second screening.
  • I agree to remit all screening fees due Company as set forth herein via credit card, check or money order prior to the screening. Funds must clear before the DVD or print screener will be sent.
  • I agree that if a 35mm print is required for our screening(s), I will handle all shipping costs and understand that the replacement cost of a 35 mm print, should it become damaged in shipping or handling, is $1000. I agree to make a refundable $1000 deposit to secure the print before it is shipped and understand this will be refunded upon its return, undamaged.
  • I agree to return the DVD or 35 mm print within five (5) working days after the last screening date. I understand if the DVD is not returned by that date, I will be charged $750 and additional legal action may be pursued. If the 35 mm print is not returned within the same time frame, I understand the Company will keep the $1000 deposit and additional legal action may be pursued.
  • I hereby verify that the location information submitted is correct.
  • I agree that our church or organization or business is responsible for all screening costs, including expenses related to equipment, advertising, theater rental, and any other costs incurred.
  • I agree that the DVD or 35 mm print provided is the property of the Company and protected by the Copyright laws of the United States. Accordingly, I hereby agree not to duplicate, or cause the duplication of the Materials in any way. Unauthorized duplication for any purpose shall be a material breach of this agreement and shall be deemed a Federal offense for which Company shall seek any and all legal remedy that Company has or may hereafter be entitled to at law or otherwise.
  • I agree there may be no PRIVATE showings of What the BLEEP!? – Down the Rabbit Hole held with these materials.
  • I agree to quality check the screener copy sent prior to the screening to make sure it plays back correctly, and to contact Captured Light Distribution if there are any problems prior to the screening.
  • I agree this contract is made in and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed therein.
  • I have read and agree to ALL terms of the above contract.
  • I hereby represent and warrant that I am duly authorized on behalf of Licensee to enter into this agreement in Licensee's behalf.
